We know booking luxury transportation can bring up a lot of questions. Here are the answers to what our clients ask most—and if you don’t see what you’re looking for, just give us a call at (770) 954-6761.

How do I book a ride?

Easy! You can book online through our website, call us directly at (770) 954-6761, or email us at [email protected] We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for regular trips, and a week or more for special events like weddings or large corporate events.

For airport transfers and standard trips, 24-48 hours is usually fine. For weddings, proms, corporate events, or weekend evenings (especially during prom and wedding season), we recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead. Holiday season and major Atlanta events? Book even earlier.

We’ll do our best! Give us a call and we’ll check availability. While we can’t guarantee it during peak times, we often have vehicles available for same-day bookings.

Absolutely. Corporate accounts come with monthly billing, detailed trip reports, priority booking, and dedicated account management. It makes expense tracking so much easier. Contact us to set one up.

Yes. We understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel. Cancellation policies vary depending on the service and how close to your reservation date you cancel, so check your booking confirmation or give us a call.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the vehicle type, distance, and duration. Airport transfers within 30 miles start at $130 for sedans, $175 for SUVs, and $375 for Sprinter vans. Hourly rates start at $90/hour for sedans and $110/hour for SUVs. For exact pricing on your specific trip, request a quote or check our Pricing page.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), cash, and for corporate accounts, we offer monthly invoicing.

Gratuity is not automatically included but is always appreciated for exceptional service. Most clients tip 15-20% for great service, but it’s entirely at your discretion.

Nope. We believe in transparent pricing. Your quote includes the service, vehicle, and chauffeur. Additional charges may apply for things like excessive wait time, tolls, parking fees, or last-minute changes, but we’ll always communicate those upfront.

For airport pickups, we include complimentary wait time (typically 30-60 minutes) to account for flight delays and baggage claim. For other services, reasonable wait time is included, but extended delays may incur additional charges.

Where do you provide service?

We proudly serve all of Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas, including downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Buckhead, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Decatur, and beyond. We also provide transportation throughout North Georgia.

Yes! We handle longer trips to destinations like Athens, Savannah, North Georgia wine country, and other Southeast cities. Just let us know where you need to go and we’ll make it happen.

Absolutely. Airport transfers are one of our most popular services. We monitor flight times and adjust for delays so your chauffeur is there when you land.

What types of vehicles do you have?

Our fleet includes luxury sedans (Mercedes-Benz E-Class and S-Class, Maserati Quattroporte), SUVs (Cadillac Escalade ESV, GMC Yukon Denali, Lincoln Navigator, Chevrolet Suburban), stretch limousines (Hummer H2, Lincoln Town Car), and vans/buses (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive Van, party buses for up to 22+ passengers).

Always. We detail every vehicle before every trip and maintain them rigorously. Our fleet is 100% smoke-free and regularly inspected to ensure safety and comfort.

We don’t typically offer vehicle viewings before booking, but you can check out photos on our Fleet page. Rest assured, what you see online is what you’ll get—pristine, luxurious, and ready to impress.

All vehicles include climate control, premium leather seating, bottled water, and charging ports. Larger vehicles like Sprinter vans and stretch limos include additional features like ambient LED lighting, entertainment systems, premium sound, and in some cases, Wi-Fi. Stretch limos and party buses have full party setups with bars, LED floors, and entertainment screens.

Sedans seat up to 3 passengers, SUVs seat 5-6, Sprinter vans seat up to 14, stretch limos seat up to 22, and party buses accommodate 18-30+ passengers depending on the model.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?

Yes. All our chauffeurs are professionally licensed, background-checked, insured, and trained in customer service and safe driving. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Always. Punctuality is one of our core promises. We track traffic, monitor flights for airport pickups, and plan routes to ensure on-time arrivals.

No problem. We monitor all flight times in real-time and adjust pickup accordingly. Your chauffeur will be there when you land, no matter what.

While we can’t guarantee a specific driver for every trip, if you’ve worked with one of our chauffeurs before and want to request them, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Absolutely. Our chauffeurs will assist with loading and unloading luggage and any other reasonable requests to make your trip smooth and comfortable.

Do you provide wedding transportation?

Yes! We specialize in wedding transportation, from getting the bridal party to the ceremony to grand exit getaways. Our white Hummer H2 stretch limo is especially popular for weddings.

We love prom season! We provide luxury transportation for prom-goers throughout Metro Atlanta. Parents love the peace of mind, and students love arriving in style. Safety is our priority—our vehicles are smoke-free and alcohol-free.

Definitely. We’ve coordinated transportation for conferences, conventions, multi-day corporate events, and executive roadshows. We work with your event team to create seamless logistics.

Yes! Our Platinum VIP Wine Tours take you through North Georgia’s beautiful wine country in comfort and style. No worrying about driving—just relax and enjoy the experience.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No. We are a 100% smoke-free company. All our vehicles are smoke-free to ensure a clean, comfortable environment for all passengers.

For passengers 21 and over, yes—you’re welcome to bring beverages for celebrations in our stretch limos, party buses, and Sprinter vans. However, we ask that you drink responsibly. For prom and events with minors, alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Generally, cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur fees. Check your booking confirmation for specific terms.

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, and all our vehicles meet or exceed safety and insurance requirements.
